I. General conditions

II. The procedure for submission and performance of orders
5. Order can be placed by the function of adding product to the cart and then by the button "Order".
To carry out the whole order procedure properly, you will need to establish a user account by which you can also watch the order status.
6. The basic condition for the realization of purchases are properly filled the contact details
along with a valid, existing e-mail address and phone number at which your order can be confirmed.
7. Order can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year. Orders placed on weekdays after 13:00, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays - will be implemented on next working day. Generally, we send products within 3-8 business days, but KM STUDIO may extend this time at any moment. In the case of complex orders and the large number of orders, delivery time can be extended.
8. In the case of circumstances which unable performance of the order fully or which suspend the performance of order, the KM-STUDIO company reserves the right to suspend the performance of the order - KM-STUDIO must immediately notify the Customer about such situation.
9. Orders which contain incorrect tele-address data (e-mail does not exist, or no phone number) will not be considered.
10. The KM-STUDIO company reserves the right to suspend the dubious orders. Names used on the website is conventional. 11. The customer who purchases our products is aware of the possibility of difference of appearance of labels from the actual one (color). This situation is because the settings of the Customer`s monitor is beyond the KM STUDIO company reasonable control.
12. Prices of goods in online shop naklejkomania.eu are given in Polish zlotys and include VAT (gross price).
13. The KM-STUDIO company issues a receipt or an invoice for the purchased product. If you want to receive a VAT invoice you must correctly fill in details of your company and NIP (taxation identification number).
14. The company sells its products via  the currier service DPD. It is also a possibility of taking purchased goods personally at Witosa 10, 64-920 Pila. Delivery cost :  Courier - 65 PLN - prepayment on account. The customer agrees to open the package at the presence of the courier, and if in his/her opinion, the contents of the parcel is damaged, the Customer should write the a damage protocol, which will be the basis for the complaint. The Customer agrees to perform tests in a less visible place using the purchased decorations before he/she starts to stick all elements of decoration. The painting template must be torn out after 60 minutes at least. Stickers made of film and velour must be left for 24 hours (this is the time that will identify adhesive opportunities of stickers to the wall). After the sample sticker is put on the wall, the customer decides about putting the whole decoration on the wall. The customer is aware that the purchased product has the adhesive properties, which can, in extreme cases, damage the paint on the wall.
16. The Customer has the right to terminate the order by submitting an appropriate statement within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. Return of goods resulting from the
exercise of the right of termination of the order is at the Customer`s cost. It applies to goods purchased and available on stock. Products, which comply with the specification and features (such as size) defined by the Consumer are not returnable. The Customer read the specification of the product/material carefully before its purchase, which he/she chose. The information necessary for this purpose are in the sub-page DESCRIPTION OF THE MATERIAL. Selecting the motifs/material and product size Client attributes it the specific features. In the case of orders preformed on the basis of Customers' photos, Customer is obliged to provide by mail appropriate images for selected format.
