Returns and refunds

The customer is obliged to open the package in the presence of the courier. If any damage has been discovered, a damage report should be created. This document will become the basis for warranty claim.

While returning the goods, please also send the proof of purchase as well as the description of the respective returned products. You will be informed about your warranty claim status within 14 days.

The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract by issuing an appropriate statement within 14 days from the date of delivery. All returns based on the right of withdrawal are made at the Customer’s expense. This applies to purchased products, which are available in stock. All products which were manufactured according to the Customer’s specific requirements (regarding their features such as the size) cannot be returned. The Customer should be familiar with the product/material specification before purchasing it. All necessary information can be found in the MATERIAL DESCRIPTIONS section. In the cases where the size, pattern and material of a product is selected by the Customer, this product will be regarded a custom order. When ordering a product based on the Customer’s photograph, the Customer is obliged to send an email containing the respective images in appropriate sizes.

 The Customer is required to make a test using the purchased decoration in a less visible area before installing the products on the wall. A painting stencil can be taken off after at least 60 minutes. Velvet and foil stickers must be left for 24 hours (this period will enable you to determine a sticker’s adhesive properties regarding a given wall). After making the test, the Customer can make a decision whether to proceed. The Customer is aware of the fact that the purchased product has adhesive properties, which in extreme situations may cause peeling of paint.
